General Information

  • Little Bears is a recreational and educational playgroup for parents/guardians and their children aged 6 months to 4 years
  • By attending, all parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions.

Supervision and Safety

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their child(ren) at all times during playgroup sessions.
  • Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Any child exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behaviour may be asked to leave the session, at the discretion of the Playgroup facilitators.
  • The Playgroup is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of a parent's or child’s actions.


Health and Medical Conditions

  • Parents/guardians must inform the Playgroup of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their child during the sessions
  • Please refrain from bringing your child to the playgroup if they are unwell.

Fees and Payments

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Classes must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance. Classes not paid for will be cancelled and offered to next person on waiting list.
  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, unless the Playgroup cancels or reschedules an event.

Liability

  • Parents/guardians attend the Playgroup at their own risk.
  • Little bears accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to personal property
  • Parents/guardians are required to ensure their child(ren) do not engage in dangerous activities, and that they adhere to safety guidelines.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • The Playgroup collects personal data from parents/guardians for the purpose of managing bookings and ensuring safety.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • The Playgroup will not share your data with third parties without consent, except where required by law

Photography and Media

  • If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used for promotional purposes, please inform at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • if you need to cancel attendance, please notify Little bears at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The Playgroup reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, parents/guardians will be informed promptly.
